My '91 Aerostar XL 3.0L is at a little over 210,000mi and still beats out a five speed Mitsubishi Eclipse. Still the original tranny, rearend, waterpump, starter, etc. Never had engine or tranny work. Tranny shifts a little rough, the rockerpanels are GONE, door locks are possessed and the back hatch is siezed shut but she still rides like a dream and hauls to 55mph in first gear, still hit 85mph in about 1/4mi. (never been on a track so I don't know for sure. That 3.0 (knock on wood) is the strongest running engine I know. Hey guys, try taking off your air filter box and stick on a huge K&N cone air filter, platnum plugs,& racing wires and it'll blow your mind how much torque that engine has at about 2000-3000 rpm!!!

My 95 Ranger very close to 140,000. The leaf spring brackets have rusted away and that has been the biggest problem. I still have to fix it. She was running really good before they rusted away, and hauled my fishing boat to Canada and back with the rusty brackets.

My 02 Ranger just turned 30,000 and is still running strong with no complaints from me.

Talking Mazda B3000 1994 131,000miles

This Ford 3.0 engine has lasted 131,000 miles. Just replaced clutch for first time; incredible. Also replaced starter motor, radiator, oil pressure sensor and a/c compressor. I may keep this truck for ever.

My 2000 XLT extended cab has 172,000. Motor pings and squeals from time to time but pulls strong. I am on my 3rd tranny and 4th set of tires. No major engine work. Might need a new cam shaft sensor and or synchronizer. My best year was over 60K miles.
