1993 AeroStar 3.0. 180000 miles. runs great I installed 4.0 radiator and electric fan. 25mph on Interstate. K&N air filter. 134 on A/C can idle all day long cold inside here in Atlanta in the summer. I think this maybe the last good truck Ford built. (Aerostar)

Almost 180,000 Miles on my 96 Aero, uses no oil & still pulls boat & full camping equipment without any groaning! In daily use too. Original powertrain except for starter motor & alternator.

I can tell you guys about mine, but its not even broken in yet, its a 2001 with 41K, so of course it runs like new.
But for you guys and gals that have really racked up the mileage, it would be interesting to know what brand and weight of oil you used and, and how often you changed it. We may see if synthetic really does help or not, and if one brand works better than another, considering there have been so many replies to this post.

Still running like new, lost some compression but gets me 60 miles round trip to work, only problem has been the
clutch/slave cylinder going out about every 120k
