Ordered the front cowl patch panel but realized the rot was only in the lower 6 inches, not worth cutting up so high and dealing with door measurments.

cut, fabricated and welded piece.

underneath cowl bottom had rotted completely.

mocking repair panel

Overall floor was in great condition. Sandblasted and Por15 (clean, metal primer and por15) this is prior to prepcoat.

coated windshield channel with Por15 and fiber to strengthen it.

Cab Mounted

Hell of a time with cab rear mounts

Had to get creative

It was a one man installation...believe it or not, cab was level and 1 inch of the frame :-)

New battery & tray, installed starter relay, regulator, gas tank. Cab painted in my garage. I've had to cut corners to keep project going.

Floor was coated with Por15.

Crossing fingers that its in good shape

OUCH!! Broken outer framing

Rough shape but I will try to rescue her

Original tag w/ part number 21-A-7863100 from what I can tell

Poor man sleeving over broken framing. Tested has good resistance and spring back. Probably will tack weld the ends.Next off to sandblasting....

Hell of a time finding the vacuum line to run between carb (94) and my load-o-matic (I think?)

Lucky enough I have one of the connecting ends that was still int he carb, testing in the dizzy.

without the end connecter

So this is what it looks like but havent found something similar.

I did find a hydraulic shop that Im hopefully visiting on Saturday.

Any ideas of what else I can use?
