Write up: 2" Leveling Kit on RWD 2008 6.4L F-250
(PICTURE HEAVY, well I tried, just links showing up)
I hope this helps someone considering a leveling kit on their RWD 2008-10 F250(Don't know about the other models, as this is mine)
Here is the Before and After, top is after level, bottom pre-level:

Supreme Suspension 2" Leveling Kit for RWD F250: Blocks are 1 3/4" thick

Liquid Wrench all nuts and bolts that you are going to remove(I soaked them only a couple minutes before I started, I had no issues with hard removal.
Start by blocking off the tires, I backed the truck to a railroad tie (lug nuts were loosened prior to lifting the truck). Lift the truck driver side via the Ibeam until there was about an inch clearance between tire and driveway. I placed jack stands (2) on the frame on the corresponding side of the truck, one at the frame by the bumper and one before the bend on the frame under the driver seat. I then removed the wheel.
I removed the shock(bottom), sway bar(also detaches the brake line holder), and coil spring top retainer.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
I then lowered the ibeam until I could fit my wrench to access the bottom nut of the coil spring cup: wrench size 1 1/8, once nut is removed, take nut and "washer retainer" off.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
Remove plastic spacer from the coil spring "perch", and clean area, I used steel brush and brake cleaner to spray it off.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
Install bolt extension:I cranked on it, but not to hard as you will be tightening the stock nut to the top of it also.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
Orient yourself with the top of the spacer and the bottom of the coil. Make sure the flat area on the spring is on the flat area of the spacer. You will be able to rotate it to fit, line up the top of the coil with the top cup on the trucks frame. Reinstall stock spring retainer washer and nut to the extended nut, prior to tightening make sure the top of the spring will seat as it did before removal. It took some lowering and raising, pushing and tugging, then finally had to call the son out to help to push the spring back to seat on the top.

Reinstall the shock and brake line holder, only reinstall the sway bar after you have done both sides.
Stock height from driveway to the middle of the wheel well 36"
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
After 2" level it is 38 1/4"( mind you blocks were only 1 3/4" thick)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06...ew?usp=sharing
If you noticed my driver side spring is older than my passenger side spring(below). I noticed it bowed more than the driver side...come to think let me check the height real quick...back, passenger side is 1/2" higher than the driver side, but could be my driveway or need a new spring on the driver side.

Camber is WAY positive! Off to the alignment shop tomorrow, they have done lots of RWD F250s and know they need new camber nuts on the knuckles, qouted me $115 for everything including alignment. TONYS Brake and Alignment in Louisville, Kentucky.

Hope this helps the 08-10 RWD guys!
