This would be my plan. Make sure the wheels aren't some oddball size beforehand (if you aren't going down there with them). Be a shame to get down there and have nothing available locally. If you're bringing the mastermind behind the braking system, I really don't see that being an issue either. If the lights are FUBAR, just go with some temporary.

I can't see it taking more than a couple days to get it road worthy.

Pictures of the trailer if you can; I like the nostalgic set up.
