+1; According to the various code pages here - Maintenance - 1994-1997 Power Stroke FAQ - P0069 and P0079 aren't even 7.3 SD codes. Didn't come into existence 'til the 6.DOH era. OP should probably have the truck scanned for codes again, making sure the device is set for our generation of truck.

Okay borrowed my buddies edge programer just to see what my temps and boost was at everything was normal except for the boost.... barely any psi was built i think it was at 6-7 psi WOT... but that was max redline practically. Im at a loss where do i go from here?

Even brake torqueing it didnt build above 5psi. And didnt brake the tires loose.

I don't really want to read it all, did you check for leaks at the intake plenums, uppipes, downpipe, manifolds, etc?

Yes i have inspected it and do not see any visible leaks. But here is an update did a frequency test on the map sensor and found that it is out of range... KOEO it was at 153hz that was with no pressure applied so i am getting s new map sensor tomorrow. ICP was within range as i had already found out from my buddy who scanned the truck. Also unplugged my pcm and found no obvious sign of corrosion so threw a little dielectric grease on it and plugged it back in.
