I went with the BFG KO2 275/55-20 for $930 mounted and balanced. The first 20 miles it seemed they were "lumpy" but then I guess the rounded out and are great. They ride a little stiff since they are Lt "D" load range... I like them

I am running whats on the door. Its only a half ton and if you pull a trailer you still don't want over 500 lbs on the hitch. The Ford dealer and the tire dealer both said run whats on the door.

A friend of mine with his F250 6.7L Powerstroke used to run Michelin AT2's but said that both sets of them were "Chunking" (pieces of tread coming off) so he went with the Toyo OC's. I asked him how he liked them and the first thing he said was that he lost MPG's just from putting on the tires due to how HEAVY they are. He has stock size tires (20's).

I have run both the BFG and Toyo tires on SUV's in the past......both are great tires and I would let price dictate my decision.

Interesting to hear this Rob...reason being is that a 275/65/20 Michelin AT2 is 60-62lbs per tire. The 275/65/20 Toyo OC2 is 57lbs per tire. Those weights come from TireRack.

Is there some differences between the nav on my 2011 Platinum and your 2013 truck? Because I'm running 275/65-20's and haven't had any nav issues and don't see what kind there could be.
Speedo I can see, but how does tire size affect the map and directions?

I'm told that the GPS locator module also uses rotations to calculate position. I had issues recently and tried the various fixes available. Finally had the dealer reprogram the module and all seems to be ok since.
