I've got the Ford pivot storage box, which is really just a relabeled Undercover Swing Case. The case can be swung out and removed without tools. I'm trying to figure out if I can also use a Ford, Amp Research, or other brand bed extender without removing the swing case bracket.

 

Never mind. I can tell from pictures I took earlier today, that there is a flange for a padlock, that would probably interfere with the swing-over movement of a bed extender. So the rear bracket would have to be removed each time I wanted to use a bed extender. That involves tools and removing the taillight for a PITA each time.
