1999 F250 V10 won't start
I have a 1999 F250 V10 that won't start. Was starting fine until cold snap 2 days ago. My truck will turn over good but will not fire. I pushed it in my garage (Heated) and let it warm up. Still will not start. I can hear the fuel pump run when turning key. I rented fuel pressure gauge kit and checked the fuel pressure. I have around 40 PSI on the fuel rail. I sprayed a little starting fluid in intake and will not fire. My next step is to check all my fuses in the cab. I had checked the fuses under the hood.
I am open for any suggestions.
Thanks!

Fuel pressure is good. That also means the PCM is powering up.
If the starting fluid didn't fire, you're missing spark or air.
Try cracking the throttle 1/4 way and see if that matters. This checks for a stuck idle air valve.
Otherwise, you have no spark. All of the coils run off fuse F30 under the dash. Go check it first. If blown, suspect one of the RFI capacitors of being shorted. They can be unplugged for testing and the engine will still operate correctly, it will just be electrically noisy and can interfere with other things, like radio and TV, for example.
There are some more comprehensive checks that can be made, but those are the easy ones. Then it gets harder....
