Best shocks for '98 Explorer ????????

I have the Monroe Reflex shocks on mine and I like 'em. Good cornering, braking, etc. A wee bit stiff, maybe, but it's a truck.

Edelbrock from performance products seem to work decently on the interstate and on logging roads

Best shocks for '98 Explorer ????????

Yo, I had new shocks installed last night at the urging of a few friends on this webboard......I got Monroe Sensatracs. I got to test 'em out on the road last night and this morning on the way to work.........I think they're worth the money. I don't feel the potholes and sewer caps on the roads anymore. Big difference on speed bumps too.

Side note - Sears has them on sale this week for $39 each with FREE INSTALL. Just say no to the alignment and other add ons they push you for. Good deal, big difference, would recommend to all.

Good luck...

Does anybody know what vehicles Edelbrock IAS TwinTube Shocks with part numbers 20108 and 20119 fit? I was told they fit my 97 Explorer, but I haven't been able to confirm that,Thanks!
