Hi Everyone,

I have a 06 ford F150 XLT two wheel drive with a 4.6L V8. It's a scab and has a stepside (Can't recall what you call them). I was wondering if anyone could tell me what transmission that my truck has? I am trying to install a transmission cooler and need to know which transmission it has before I order one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Look at the data tag in the driver's door opening. Under the TR will be a letter. Get that letter and we can tell you what transmission it is. I'm betting on a 4R70W.
