51 M1 6-12v conversion....

Has anyone done the legwork on a proper fitment for a 12v battery?
Because I'm using the original starter, Has anyone got a part number for a 12v battery that will fit in my stock battery holder?
Oh, I'm running a 239 V-8
Getting excited and close to firing this ole Merc up, been bout 7 years!
If I have a part number for a 12v battery, we deal with interstate batteries at my work and I might be able to cross it over for a decent $
Thanks and Cheers! 👍
