Spark Plug Change 4.0L

I'm getting ready to change the spark plugs on my 2001 4.0L manual trans engine.
I've read the service manual and it recommends Silicone Brake Caliper grease and Dielectric Compound on the inside spark plug wire boots.

Nothing in the service manual about using anti-seize on the spark plugs threads.
Is this recommended by the guru's on this site?

Any help on how to reach the spark plugs with a wrench would be helpful.

I'm going to try a 3/8 ratchet with a flex connection between the rachet and the spark plug socket.

I'll also be changing the trans fluid, 3 qts of Mercon V, and the oil, 5 qts of 5-30W Pennzoil.

I put anti seize on everything. It should be a law.

Ok, good to know.
I got the spark plugs and oil change done, still have to put the trans fluid in.
the spark plugs were a little rusty and were a hard pull to get them loose.

The spark plugs on the driver's side were removed and replaced from the top using a 3/8 drive socket and a 12" bar wrench to loosen and a 6" ratchet to rapidly remove and reinstall.

The spark plugs on the passenger side were best reached thru the wheel well. Remove the wheel and reach thru the plastic skit on the inside of the engine bay.

The trans fluid was dark but there was still a tinge of red, so the fluid wasn't as bad as the first time I changed it. there was a amount of metal particles on the magnetic drain plug, not any large pieces and the particles were very small size, like dust particle size and they had the appearance like mud on the paper towel.

The replacement fluid is Mercon V from Walmart. 4 something a quart.
Oil was from Walmart about 15 and the motorcraft filter from Walmart was 4.
