You can try eBay for the wires too. Maybe be able to save a couple bucks. I used to use Autolite plugs until I read about people having some trouble with the electrodes falling off; now I use NGK. Copper plugs are more conductive; better power and economy, albeit the change interval is smaller. Its easy to change plugs on these trucks, though.

 

I prided through ebay using the ford part number as a cross reference, yeah, i'll save $10, so i may go that route this weekend.

I picked the standard issue NGK Copper plugs today. I'll also dig out the timing light to do all the swap next weekend.

 

Wires are bought off ebay tonight, hopefully i'll have this project done mid week next week.
