Check your relay and harness to the relay. It should be on the drivers side of the truck under the hood. Make sure your getting a min of 12v to the hot lead in both relays. Also ensure your ignition module on the distributor is giving a signal when cranking the truck. A good charged battery is key. The harness where those two relays are is very susceptible for corrosion and the relays will not get the power required. your relay should 'click' when power is supplied to close the circuit.

Also, check the inertia switch (roll over switch) either located behind the glove box or above the brake pedal, this can kill power to the FI system as well. Good luck

forgot to add, remove one of the injector plugs, take a 194 bulb and open the connections so they plug into the socket. have someone crank the engine and look for that bulb to illuminate. This will troubleshoot if its an injector harness, fuel pump circuit problem. When working with wiring its always best to start where the power first touches something to ensure it works than just start throwing parts at it. It takes time and it sucks

Awesome. Those 2 relays in older trucks 87-95 tend to get corrosion in the harness, while you're there its best to weather-proof the connections where the relay plugs in and the pig-tail side.
