how to correctly install 2150 on a 360FE

I have a 76 F100 with a 360 in it. I pulled the carb off and cleaned it because it has sat for 2 yrs. My carb is a 2150 I believe with a spacer plate with water circulating through it from the heater system, and a hose to he passenger side valve cover. The kit came with three gaskets and I'm wondering what is the correct gaskets. I have two thin paper gaskets and one thick gasket. This is my first time working on anything this old and knowledge is scarce. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Pictures????

I have never seen a carburetor with coolant going through it......or through a spacer, either. That spacer plate is clean with no gunked up hardened carbon stuff, yes? That plate holds your EGR, yes?

The hose to the valve cover could be a breather to air filter and the PVC system. Or it could hold the PVC dealie itself. The other valve cover should have a breather on it.

....And if that carb (Motorcraft 2150 - check on the choke horn for numbers) has been settin for a coupla years, I would recommend a complete rebuild and a thorough cleaning before worrying about what gaskets go where.

Do a 'google' search for your carb....amazing what's out there!

I just rebuilt the carb. It's set and adjusted by specs. I need to know if I use the two thin gaskets or the thick gasket.

The spacer is a de-icing plate... more common on '72 and earlier F-Series trucks with an FE.

My opinion is use the 2 thin gaskets. The thick one is if you did not have the spacer.

According to the model number the carburetor is a 75 model. The motor came out of a 73.
