Noticed this at the pumps last night. Struck me as odd, this is a station where I don't normally fill but do get the truck washed here. Not sure that I understand why they are selling fuel not ready for winter when I live in the frozen tundra.

Bruce...
Lots of diesel #2 and not enough diesel #1 available?
Kinda of an old thread coming back to life.
Diesel is in the $2.79-$2.89 range at most competitive fuel stops. Of Course Flying J and other places are holding out for $3.09 and higher, from those that need fuel or large parking lots
Bruce, The Larger truck stops do that for big trucks. I know I can blend my anti-gel a lot cheaper than they can.
If you fill your truck with #2 and treat it on the spot it works quite well.
Diesel is just under $3.00 here.
Our Costco here in central Washington does not sell diesel. The $3.19 a gallon that I posted was at a Cenex station. Some other independent stations are as much as $3.39 and $3.49 a gallon for diesel here in Yakima.
What's the price in California around Sacramento area
Roseville Costco.... wait.. wait... $3.35...Just payed $138 to fill my 50 gallon tank the other day. Summer fuel prices, my guess will be right around $3.65, ya know, it's for the cleaner burning summer blend. Siiiiiiiigh
