You May Be Driving a Tidy Little Sum...
We all know that a truck is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, but unquestionably, scarcity usually increases market valuations.
Case in point: the 7.3 Ford Excursion. There's nothing out there like these full-size SUVs anymore, and low-mileage versions are commanding mid-to-high twenties. I've seen an ultra-low mileage diesel X for $40k-something!
Anyway... I've searched completed ebaymotors.com auctions for sales prices of late-model, low-mileage Ford E-350 V10 passenger vans. I think there was only 1, and its ending price was low $20k.
Low-mileage, V10-equipped passenger E-350s with a factory tow kit are pretty hard to come by. Cars.com, Autotrader.com and Craigslist.org don't reveal any!
And with $2 gas, prices are only sure to increase.
I just wanted to share some happy end-of-the-year news to all you E-350 passenger vanners out there -- your truck is probably worth more than you think!
Cheers!

I shop the Internet for vans during my spare time and yes, I've also seen some high dollar asking prices for V10 vans.
I've also seen lots of high mileage, low quality V10 vans, for low prices.
I owe $5K on mine, and KBB says it is worth $6-8K. I fantasize with the thought of selling mine for a $2,000 profit.

search in Canada, our dollar is worthless right now, our gas prices haven't dropped thanks to US oil refineries as we have none anymore. and nobody wants a V10 here. might find a deal here?
I have a low mileage 2005 club with a 6.0 diesel I would part with but its in winter storage right now.
