Even with Micah's injuries, he still tries to do stuff like he's 30 and uninjured. He hasn't figured out yet, that he needs to slow down a little bit. Otherwise, he's going to end up like me.
My PT gal called. She's going to request an acupuncture appointment for me to see how I respond to that. No joy on the VA paying for a Nampa Rec Center membership. I didn't think they would, but it was an automatic "No" if I didn't ask. Never had acupuncture before, but I'm willing to give it a try.

And good morning folks. gonna be having a guys night at my place tonight. gonna have my brothers over and a few officers from the post falls polic department over ( they are my brothers co workers, and they are swat officers too) gonna be fun. last time we all got together it was a blast and between us, a fire extinguisher was used lol.

Anyone ever been picked up from school, (Mom & Dad divorced when I was very young), with lights flashing & siren blaring, handcuffed in front of the school's troublemakers, and tossed into the backseat of a CHP Dodge Monaco cruiser?
The car looked something like this:
(The Patrolman is not my dad.) That meant Dad was making BBQ-pineapple-bacon-cheeseburgers hot off the grill that night.

Morning everyone.
Craig nope I was never picked up from school in a cop car. I did tow our school's sro officer once. His car slid off the road/entry to our school.
Last night was fun. However it was just me and my brother in law. Apparently the pd made a last minute decision to have a staff meeting early this morning so the guys decide to meet up another time
