Good afternoon, everyone. It is HOT down here, and the day isn't done, yet. We're expecting 100*F+ again today. It's supposed to "cool off" to about 99*F tomorrow.
I'm still on campus (since 9:30 AM) for a meeting that I didn't convene and no one showed up to for my fraternity. I'm going home to study in comfort.
It's on the internet, so it must be true. Or am I mistaken about that, Laurie?
That statement, right there, AND no follow-up saying, "I'm going to the doctor's for an X-ray..." is something Micah would say.
Go get it checked, Micah. You don't want Mom-in-Law mad at you, right?

Morning everyone. Hope you all had a good weekend. My ankle really isn't doing much better. In fact the bruising is very colorful lol. I've been wearing my walking cast/boot that I have from my motorcycle accident. It seems to be helping. My mother in law (who is a nurse) thinks I may have broken or fractured my fibula. So yeah lol.
anyways I hope you all have a great week.

Waiting for my instructor to send the password for my Music 100 Final Exam, then my summer vacation begins.
I have a meeting with my fraternity President and the Assistant Director of Development. She is interested in the fraternity's vacant position of "Adviser" for the upcoming terms.
I can't believe my junior year has come and gone. August begins my senior year. I need to find a job so I can relax. This "educational career" phase of my life has been hectic.

Hi everyone.
All final exams are complete. Final grades are due from the instructor to the university by 11:59 PM Tuesday.
Time to kick back and enjoy some family time. I'll be grilling a lot tomorrow.
Salena's, (my oldest daughter), workplace, Papa John's, had some tomatoes and sliced mushrooms that they couldn't use, (supposed expired, but still fine), on their pizzas, so she brought them home. I have more mushrooms in the house than I have steaks. I'm going to be busy finding meals in which to add them. There has to be 10-lbs or more of mushrooms.
I'm going to be making tomato sandwiches for weeks. I plan on slicing the tomatoes thicker than I usually do, so I can grill them. Susi, (wife), and Salena plan to make homemade salsa, too.
BTW, Micah, that Maker's Mark whisky is fantastic. Adds a very nice flavor to sauteed mushrooms, too.
