89 F250 Dizzy Issue

The hold down, the bolt holding the clamp, shouldn't usually be the problem.
It's the distributor itself that seizes in it's bore.
But for the hold-down make sure you have a tight fitting wrench on the bolt, it may be metric.
Add a short cheater length of pipe to your box wrench if necessary, but do not round it off.
For the distributor itself, may have to use a 15in. adjustable wrench on the "square" cast into the distributor housing, just below the head, and add a cheater to that, after soaking base in PB, to break the distributor loose to adjust timing.
Go GENTLY back and forth , to get the O-ring in the bore to move.

the smaller of the two is what fit onto the clamp, so with I found a socket to fit on the small end, and used an extension bar to try and turn the nut on the clamp, and ended up rounding the edges off the distributor wrench
