Question 131k miles and 94 engine hours???

I'm back again on the forum with a new truck. Just picked up a 2008 F250 XLT CCSB with 132xxx miles. It also has only 94 engine hours. I have the carfax from when I bought it and it has no indication of a new motor, or even a reflash (reflashed in 2011). I have already browsed around quite a bit on forums for an explanation but I'm coming up short. Thanks!

That's odd. I never heard of that. Could a dealer perhaps shed some light on this situation? If it is a Ford reman, there has to be a paper trail on it.

I'll head over and talk to my local dealer tomorrow, I try to stay away from the stealership and hadn't even thought about it. Thanks.

I'm guessing the engine hours are tracked in the instrument cluster with the mileage. Either that or the previous owner drove around at warp speed the whole time.

The hours and miles are stored in a chip on cluster. Has the hour meter went up since you bought it? A truck with a 132k on it should have 3500-4000 hours on it.
