Got a 1978 F-250 originally with a 351M and 4 speed manual and I'm trying to convert it to a 300i6. Got everything I need expect engine mount towers. I do have a set for a 79 F-150 my question is will they work or is the F-250s towers different?

 

Yes the mounts will work. I used a 351m f250 set of towers on my f100 when I swapped a 302 in. I have a detailed write up of it here

I was planning on doing the same. Will the towers work from all years of the dents?

 

If the trucks are 4x4's I don't think the towers are interchangeable between a 150 and a 250 frame.
