Welcome to FTE.
Your truck is OBD II, so find someone at an auto parts store or shop to pull codes and find out if you have any stored.
Too rich can be the result of the wrong thermostat, an idle control issue, and a bunch of other stuff. Any code can be looked at and lead you towards a fix.
A 5.4 4x4 with a supercharger is not a MPG machine. But what MPGs are you getting?

The intake air temperature will be high if the EGR is stuck open. I'm not sure that would trigger an over rich condition.
There are tons of videos about all this stuff. Like so:
Start with the EGR and correct whatever is wrong there. See how it runs, pull codes again and go to the next component. The oxygen sensors are the last as they are probably just telling you about an over rich mixture.
