If you look at the drivers side of the bellhousing, under the truck, there is a plastic line connected to a fitting. Above that fitting is what looks like a long bleeder screw, that is the bleeder. Be careful of the hyd. line while working around that area, it'd be a bummer to slip and break it!

yes be very careful,,,, I snaped mine off,,,,, the slave cylinder is cast aluminium. Hey why do you need to bleed it??? If it was the same problem I was having ( intermittin slipping only when hot) it may be the master cylinder. If it doesnt drain out when you open the bleeder,, dont force the issue,,, change the master cylinder,,,,,, Trust Me!!

The slave cylinder is a much more common culprit for this problem. The concentric (internal) slaves are known to fail, and you have to pull the transmission to change it. Take it back to the same shop and ask them to inspect it.
