Good he got it figured out but he could have bought a complete driveable salvage truck for half that. If time and convenience were more important then I can understand.
Ya he could have and he considered that. However, all the salvage trucks he saw were in the 200,000 mile+ range whereas his donor has 140K on it.
But, he's rolling now and she's running very good as he tells me, just in time for the blizzard this weekend.
