Bumper shims!!

Hey fellas! I own a 93 F-150 4x4. I want to put on 35x14x15 and I was wondering whether or not there are bumper shim kits or if i just make my own shims? I really appreciate it!

i dont know if there are produced shims but i can tell you what would do and that is just make your own use washers and bolt em in there. (of course you need longer bolts) noone will see it and it would be cheaper anyway as far as i know.

I agree with slave thats what I did with my Bronco. Or you can use a large nut or something similar.

You can also use 2" square tubing or stock and cut off just enough to be the size of the factory brackets. Longer bolts for sure. My friend has a 92 150 with 4" of lift and runs 36" hummer tires and it has no clearance problems with the bumper.

I made some spacers out of steel stock to move mine out 1.50" and up 1" (for my 1" body lift) If you want, take a look at my registry pics there in the 1" body lift section.
