Painfully loud squealing brakes!!!
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2012 King Ranch EL Expedition 4WD back in Feb of this year. It has just recently started with obnoxiously loud squealing of the brakes when you first get in to drive. I took the pads off and the have a lot of thickness left, so I assume that they were replaced before being sold as a C.P.O. I cleaned the pads and rotors and put some of the anti-squeal spray on the back side of the pads, but to no avail. The rotors look good too, no grooves in them. The pads are Motorcraft. I have 50,xxx miles on it now and bought it with 36,xxx. Why the sudden squealing and what else can I do? My King Ranch sounds like a piece of crap and I'm not going to be screwed by taking it to the dealership to let them attempt to diagnose the issue.

Soccer: since you're obviously savvy enough to do your own work, the very best recommendation would be to do a pad replacement and rotor turn. Select a good shop to do the rotor turn and have them give you a full report on the run-out. Try and get the two front rotors as close to identical as possible. You also need to check the slider in the caliper to make sure the pads are still moving freely and one isn't ever so slightly dragging while you think the brakes are off.
