I need to replace the antenna but can not get to the rubber bushing in the firewall where the antenna cable comes through. Truck has factory AC so it's a PITA to get my arm up from the bottom. Is there any way to get the glove box liner out without removing dash pad or destroying the liner?

 

Remove glove box door then remove screws from top of glove box liner. Look up, you'll see them. Then carefully pull the cardboard liner out the front.

 

X2 on remove the screws and VERY carefully fold it and remove it. You might be able to pop the staples and collapse it?

FYI there can be some real sharp metal edges on the sides of the glove box hole, so be careful when you run your arm in there.

Or rip it out and replace with a one piece plastic one.
