Added several pages and info to the stuff about ground wires/cables: Ground Wires - Gary's Garagemahal. That includes a page for the battery ground cable, the firewall/hood ground, and the additional battery to fender grounds that the diesel or dual-battery installations have. (If anyone knows more about those please let me know.)

Today I added a page on tachometers: Tachometers - Gary's Garagemahal. Provides part #'s for the ones that came on these trucks as well as ones that came on the bigger trucks that will fit. Has several pictures gleaned from David's thread, and has a discussion about the ground to make the tach read correctly for an 8 cylinder engine.

And, I added two pages on rear springs.

The first page shows how to find your rear spring, the spring cross-reference chart if you get the number off your spring and want to find the part number, and a spring size chart that lets you find out the size of your springs: Rear Springs - Gary's Garagemahal

The second page shows all of the 1980 springs: 1980 Rear Springs - Gary's Garagemahal. This lets you find your spring's part # so you can order a new one or whatever.

I chose to break the spring tables into web pages by year since the tables are sooooo long even for just one year. I plan to come back soon to create the 1981-86 pages, but someone needed the 1980 page today and that's all I could get done with the time I had.

Added the tape stripe part # info here: Tape Stripe Codes - Gary's Garagemahal. Not sure it'll be much help as others have said that the stripes are either gone or unusable because they are dried up. But, it was requested, so.....

Recently added a couple of pages:Someone recently asked how many pages of documentation are on the site. So, I did a bit of calculating: At this point there are 272 web pages on the 1980 - 86 trucks. However, most of those incorporate multiple pages of documentation from the master parts catalog or EVTM's. For instance, there are 55 web pages covering 256 EVTM pages. In the literature section there are 9 individual web pages, and each covers an 8 to 20 page brochure. And on the new kickdown page there are something like 8 catalog pages. However, the seat interchangeability page doesn't have catalog pages - just several pictures. So, I can't answer the question of how many pages of true documentation are on there, but probable over 1000.

Added six web pages showing 20 pages from the 1981 Light Trucks Facts Organizer that Ford gave the dealers. These pages are on the Broncos, which seems to have been an interesting topic of late.

Relay Part Numbers

It has been a while since I posted on this thread, but that doesn't mean I haven't added pages - although I don't remember what they were. However, today I added one showing the part numbers for the relays used on our trucks: Relays - ???Gary's Garagemahal.
