I've seen enough of dieseltechron's videos and know a couple people who've done business with him. I have no problem believing everything he posted in the ad. The only thing I see is there are many more than three software versions, he seems to break it down by year and doesn't specify, so you may get the latest (not greatest for power or economy) flash.

I know there is the Atlas 40, Atlas 80, and Hurcules 100.

Looks like he does the latest factory Ford tune, but $200 buck I think is a killer deal for a stock tune t get you back rolling.

Thanks for the referral jsm!

We offer exchange FICM's as well to limit downtime, use way better components and processes than the OEM ever did, can re-program FICM's to any revision Ford ever came out with, can program straight fuel economy and throttle response tunes or give folks up to 100 additional horsepower through the FICM without increasing cylinder head pressures beyond what the OEM designed, work on the logic side and power sides of the modules, seriously stress test every single module that leaves our shop both on the bench and in one of several 6.0's that we own, offer up to a lifetime warranty on what we do, can replace the FICM connectors on the module as necessary, etc etc.

We've spent countless hours providing no cost tech support to thousands both on the phone and in this forum, steer people away from the FICM when the FICM isn't the issue (helping them determine the issue as well), offer OEM parts for less than essentially anywhere, offer supporting aftermarket parts for less as well, can re-tune ECM's to either stock or any number of performance tunes, the list goes on.

Oh, and we're a sponsor and frequent contributor on FTE!

Upshot: There are differences in the various vendors that offer FICM repairs. We are FICMrepair.com for a reason. We specialize in these things and have been repairing these units for years on end for folks.

We'd love to earn your business! Give us a call at 515-897-4459.

Btw, don't misunderstand what I'm saying, by all means go with Ed. I was implying that I have a good spare FICM you can use while Ed sends you a new one if need be.

Id recommend staying away from the other "seemingly cheap" ficm repair shops. Watch/look up videos before you choose a place. Ed is all over and all I have read are good FORUM reviews. Dont trust reviews elsewhere. Companies like swamps and thoroughbred are great but $$$$. I got a 58v from rock auto for a decent price too after core.

Ed!
Called him after I had a DC alt issue I bought from him. DC blew me off when I called them and said to bring it in. Talked to Ed and he made it right.....luckily it was a minor issue I fixed in my driveway. BTW I also have an FICM from Ed and still going strong after 3 years.

Thanks for all the support, guys! And Toreador...what an offer! Maybe that's what we should do, heh? Get a list going of people willing to offer up a spare FICM to limit folks' downtime while they wait on theirs?

Blown away by the FTE Brotherhood yet again am I! (Yep, catching up on Star Wars movies in prep for The Force Awakens! LOL)

Sent mine in late Wednesday. Spoke to Ed yesterday. Mine is being shipped back tomorrow. And yes I decided on the Atlas 40 also. With all the positives here. I don't think you would be disappointed.
