oil line to use to install remote oil filter system

anyone know of the easist accessible oil line to use to install remote oil filter system on a 2010 6.4 f-450

I have always installed a sandwich plate adapter under the OEM full flow filter, providing oil to a bypass filter and a return. It's been a while, but I believe PermaCool makes a good selection of sandwich plates.
