Thank You John for your annual slap upside my head - I see your post and I smile and say John's at it again - I force myself to open the post and carefully read thru the whole thing word by word - I always come out the other end felling like someone, John, has grabbed me by the ear and said Take A Walk With Me - I usually have to go back always several time because what John said took me on a journey thru my activities this past year and their true meaning good or bad. - It's my annual trip out behind the wood shed for a one on one with my maker
And the rest of the folks just add more meaning and thoughts to digest
I want to whish each and everyone of you and you families a wonderful time in the celebration of Jesus Christ's Birthday

Hi Dick... we've been at this a long time... ain't we ?? Been a good journey with you and lots of others... I think back to the old days and wonder what happened to so many of them...guess they moved on to other things...

You're always one to offer good comments, no matter the subject and give me reasons to rethink my decisions or ideas some times... thanks for that. Everybody needs someone to help them think...

Having experienced God's grace, we can reflect it to those around us. I am on a lot, but mostly on the '47 and earlier. This post was an amazing shot in the arm. I have been feeling sorry for myself lately since my work has never gotten back to old levels since the great recession. I also have my health and an amazing wife, four great kids and a warm home. I need this reminder and you are the one smart and brave enough to bring this message to those of us who need to hear it. Thank you and have a Merry Christmas.
