05 axle swap and some wheel questions

Well guys I got it off the rack front ends done except for a few small details need to brace the trac bar mount a little more and bleed the brakes one more time and do the rearend and it's done drove it drives good no death wobble or anything so so far were good just do the rear were done

well the rearend is in and everythings pretty much done except bleeding the brakes one more time and front drive shaft but on the test drive i aquired a bad fuel leak i half to get fixed now ill get pictures up soon

What did you do about changing rear proportion ing valve from drum to disk? That's something I don't see people saying what they do. Very important...

Well I didn't do anything about the rear proportioning valve but I plan on going hydroboost before long hopefully and I've put a few miles on it front does stick out a tuch wider but that's the axle its self

Plus I have 35 12.50 20 on the front and 305/50/20 on rear till I get some tires

Agreed on the 3.73s, wish I had them when I wasn't towing. Nice middle ground.

Increased wheel hop over the old setup? Nothing changed in the rear besides the axle correct?

Well see the previous owner took the factory 2in block out and put like a half inch block to level the truck out and I put the 2in block in plus the fact that the rearend brackets are taller on the 10.5
