Okay I have pulled the PMS looked at the internal board everything looks alright .I have put everything back together using dielectric grease at all connectors making sure the connection bolts are tight.I have checked the grounds.I have installed a brand new GPR,making sure all connections are tight .I have installed a brand new fuel bowl/IPR wire harness with a new edge filter IPR.The CPR is moving the tach. Now for what does not yet work! It will not run or even attempt to start. The WTS still stays on with the flickering light, the new GPR and the relay in the fuse box are still ticking, chattering.(would like to post a video of this but don't know how) when the key is on there is no voltage coming out of the GPR to the wire leading to the glow plugs. While cranking the truck dosen't produce any white smoke.WTH .I have a 40' camper that I need to move and this damn truck will not cooperate and I am $1000 in trying fix this heap

If the WTS light is not on steady, you have a voltage problem. Have you checked the main battery / ground connections? Have you LOAD tested the batteries, in isolation?

When you replaced the PCM, did you determine that it is the same, or a compatible, PCM code?

The PCM are the exact same ford part number. The problem with the WTS is it never shuts off and it flickers.Ive not load tested the batteries cause I have no cranking issues ,plenty of power,I did clean the post, terminals and tighten the terminals up.

There is a small black cube in the engine wire harness, just behind the HPOP reservoir. I'm not sure, but I think that is a diode. Maybe when the mechanic shorted everything, he blew that.

That small black cube is part of the Water in Fuel circuit; it has no impact on engine operation.

I've checked everything suggested ,I am at a loss now. Why am I not producing white smoke when cranking?why is the WTS on constantly ? Why am I getting no power to the glow plugs after installing a new GPR ?(I have 12v at 3 terminals koeo). Does the IDM play a role, could it be a problem?lol it's the only part I haven't replaced

1. Try swapping the PCM relay with the Horn relay.
2. Check that fuse #9 is good.
3. Disconnect both small wires on the GPR and disconnect the IPR plug, does the blinking - clicking stop and WTS light work?
4. If so reconnect one at a time and retest.

Note: None of the links you provide seem to work, at least for me.

I checked the 9 fuse with an ohm meter it is good.I disconnected the small wires from the GPR,now there is no WTS light and I swapped the relay. I will try to post to you tube
