Advantages and disadvantages of 2014 bed, bumper, tailgate, and tail lights on a 2005
I'm interested in purchasing a package deal of a 2014 bed, bumper, tail gate and tail lights for my 2005 f350 that I bought from my father that he used to use for snow removal so it has dents and whatnot anything special I have to do to anything to install all of it ?

Im pretty sure the wheel wells are shaped a little different, but everything should bolt right up. I know the tail gate, bumper, and tail lights fit the older trucks no problem. Im almost 100% positive the box is the same as far as mounting.

everything will mount up. you will need to get new reverse light bulb sockets as the bulb is different. the wheel well is shaped differently and you will notice, but most people probably couldnt tell

Hopefully if he is buying a package deal for the whole rear half of a truck, it comes with the wiring harness so he won't have to find the reverse bulb socket.
