Hi folks - for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have images on a flash drive in 800x384 format, and the Sync system sees the images when I go to "add" an image as a wallpaper, but the system gives me an error message that they are not in the proper format. I know the install procedure, but the system does not seem to like the format. I exported my images from iPhoto as jpeg and png formats, but none of them will load. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Is the flash drive formatted as FAT32? (although I personally don't think this is the problem if it sees the files)

It does say ".JPEG" is the recommended format. Rename the file to .jpeg and see if that helps.

Yeah, sort of. I converted the jpeg files to bmp and that allowed about half of them to load. Not sure what the problem is as all of the bmp files meet the specs as indicated in the manual. But I did notice that the files that would not load were 1.0 to 1.3 mg in size, so I wonder if my computer is not accurately reporting file size and that they are really over the 1.5 mg limit. Thanks...
