Loose wiring under hood

What is this supposed to go to? Found it just flopping around under the hood while we were replacing a fuse.

I was thinking the same thing, Twitch, here in Nevada that area would have a layer of dust before it left the detail shop driveway!

Looking like it's for the light that goes on the underside of the hood.
