Oh man, my life is so hard.
Awesome day off today. Did some tuning on the '61 and got a few honeydoos done.

I got one pressure-treated 4x4 three feet into the ground today. One to go.
I'm building what will ultimately look a lot like a thirty-foot, five-wire clothesline, six feet in the air.
It's a grapevine trellis for a couple of grape varieties that go in this late-Winter, early-Spring. I have dogs, and have to grow the grapes high, as grapes are a no-no for dogs. BTW, so are raisins, for you dog owners out there.
So far, Glenora at one end, and Flame will be at the other. Both are table varieties.
I have a bunch of fresh Concord cuttings that I need to wrap in wet newspapers and put in a plastic bag for over-wintering in a cool (cold) dark place. I like the taste of Concords, but dislike the seeds, so that's why the other two varieties.
I am going to try to get the Concord sticks to root and grow, so maybe I can give some starter plants away come this Summer.

I can do that!
BTW, I've been looking for true strike-anywhere kitchen matches for a couple of years, and had just about given up.
Thanks for the tip on the UCOs. They get good reviews, unlike the Diamonds (which I have and are junk).

Note to self, Never ask Pop a question again. Yes I could have Googled it, but then there would be no reason to ask a question on any forum in the entire world. I would just be a Google Geek. I am sure every question known to man has an answer on Google somewhere. But then again, why Google it, when we have a dog expert on this forum?
