Hi need some advise getting the rear drum and hubs off
cant seem to be able to remove the centre cover to get the complete drum removed.

It looks to me that you already have the drum removed. There are four bolts behind the axle flange that hold the bearing retainer to the axle housing, which you need to remove. Then you need to get/rent an axle puller to pull the axle and bearing assembly.

I assume you don't have a factory workshop manual? Best investment you will make, and cheap:
