You could have a clogged cooler from the flush. If they flushed after the cooler was replaced--bingo. If they did the flush prior to replacement it is possible still if they did a poor job on the flush. But if your ECT was 236 and EOT was 2xx then it may be fine. Hardly ever see the EOT lower than the ECT though. Check your cold soak numbers. ECT and EOT should be within a degree or so of each other.
