56' racecar themed F-100
Figured I would start a thread I could post progress pictures to. Then people could follow along etc.
I probably have a whole 20-30 hours into it so far. Hard to find time with a busy family.
My family as been around racing as long as I remember and I decided to take time off racing. I can't completely walk away from racing, so why not build a race themed truck??
I've never been one to do something original. Like to throw my own twist on things. Whether it be racecar bodies or street cars.
Here are a few pictures with what I have done so far.
Any suggestions always appreciated.

Looks like this will be an interesting build to follow. Seems the cowl there had seen better days. Looks like your set up for a rotisserie, I just put mine on some 2x4's and casters. That way I can roll it on it's back if I need to. Kinda cramped in my shop. Keep up the good work and the pic's coming.

The outside of the truck is going to be a 56 with some minor customness. The interior is race car themed.

Looks like you have a good start on it. I like your floor pan. Did you see the NoLimit F100 silver bullet? It might give you some ideas...Silver Bullet - Big 10

If the wait time wasn't 30-90 days, I'd still buy them. Lol.

I tacked the insides and wasnt going to fully fill the outside seems. Maybe just tack a few spots and grind back down. Is that wrong or okay to do?
