'00 f250 7.3 No Cruise+ABS Light On

Hello everyone, first off I appreciate any and all the input given.

The problems:
-The cruise control does not work
- The abs light is on and will not clear

Without rambling on, I have had this truck for almost 2 years now and have been troubled with the abs light.
I have gone through and checked all grounds, the wiring from the vss on the rear diff, which runs all the way up to under the hood. Every sensor visible on the truck has been taken off, cleaned and has a dab of dielectric grease ready to go. All the fuses are clean and checked.
I originally, (after buying it) had no speedo, odo, cruise control and the abs light was on. I bought a sensor from ford and it was a dud. I then took it to a shop and had them take a look at it. They popped another new ford sensor into the diff and the speedo and odo worked. The abs light was still lit and I had no idea what to do.
As the truck sits it's my daily driver and a solid vehicle. There are no skips or anything in the engine. It runs fantastic and does nothing out of the ordinary. I have no problems with it other than what I just stated and my horns are shot and the ciggarette lighter doesn't work. Anyway the last time I had scanned it (about 5 months ago) it was code p1670 electronic feedback signal not detected.
I have spent hours on these forums looking for a thread related to this issue but could never find an answer.
Again thanks for any input.

Does your horn work? And is the air bag light on? If the horn doesn't work and the lights on its probably the clock spring located behind the steering wheel.

If the horn works,
I would try replacing the abs sensor again. I put like 3 or 4 on my 2000 f350. It's only 1 bolt, the sensor is located on the rear differential on the top side. They aren't very expensive either.

The horn does work, only if you throw a 20amp fuse in place of the 15 amp. It will blow fuse after fuse with the 15 amp in. The horn relay clicks so that works. Forgot to include this.. Now the airbag light comes on and off whenever it feels like it.
