Nice looking project, Is that cab sitting on the entrance to your tornado shelter ?

Just kidding, the cab looks to be in great shape, keep the pictures coming.

Thanks for the pics. Looking forward to the rest of the story. A pair of those heads polished up would look right at home on my Merc. I'd love to have a set.

Started with an M155. Using the engine, cab and other sheetmetal for a perfect M47 chassis. Anyone need a few F6 parts? May be able to salvage a few things. Low mileage.

I too have a 1950 M-47. Working on engine mounts for a 302 currently. All kinds of fun. Lmk if you need any of the trim shiny pieces. I have some extras and possibly everything x2 soon
