Differance in F150 HP D44 & F250 HD D44?

Differance in F150 HP D44 & F250 HD D44?
What is the difference between the F150 D44 high pinion and F250 heavy duty D44? I think the F250 is D44 is high pinion also?

Is the actual case different or are the yoke & U-Joint only different?

the biggest difference is the 150 is coil spring with 5 lug hubs, and the 250 is leaf springs with 8 lug hubs. .
