Parts swap.

There was no such thing. The OBS F-Superduty was what is now called the F-450. The Superduty _series_ (or generation) did not come out until 1999. The F-250 HEAVY DUTY up to 1997 is the same generation as your '93, as is the F-350. Unfortunately, in 1997 Ford issued an "F-250 Light Duty", based on the same body as the 1997 F-150. It really should have been called an F-200, to completely distinguish it. Owners of the REAL '97 F-250 often get sold the wrong parts at chain stores where the staff have no clue about these not-so-trivial details.
'Course, it also depends on what "parts" you're referring to. The body parts generally swap (although there are some differences year to year). Engine changed completely, of course, with the '94.5 Powerstroke.
