Iam finally getting around to building my turbo after a long year, and now ive hit a snag the seal that sits the snail is to big and the turbine wont spin freely. i put in the new bearings and the ring on the back exahaust turbine. when i first put it in i broke the new one. removed the ring from the old one and sit fine but wont spin freely. i need help.
