No start problem

I have a 1997 f250 7.3 and one day randomly I was leaving in the morning and the whole passenger bank went dead so what I did was I inspected all the wires that go to the injectors on top of the motor and under the vale cover there all good and I replaced the internal injector harness too. I ohmed all the wires the injectors. They got power. After all that then the truck wouldn't even start anymore so now it's just sits. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. It's got good battery's, replaced the glow plug relay, I got a refurbished IDM and the I injectors and flow plugs are newish I replaced the ICP didn't do anything. The oil is full too. I don't know what can be causing this. Could it be jelled fuel sense it's getting cold out? Or the heater in the fuel bowling? I haven't checked for codes when I should but. Anyone one have any help with this or experience? thanks!
