Bed replacement

I've got a 91 XLT Lariat with a long bed and dual gas tanks. It has a rusty bed. I found a 90 XLT on craigslist being parted out. The bed is in great shape plus there a few other parts I need from this truck.

The problem - the bed on the 90 only has 1 fuel filler door. Is it hard to convert a bed to the dual setup? Would I need to do anything other than add the second filler door and bracing?

Both tanks work great on the truck now so I see no reason to eliminate one.

Thanks!
