What changed in the engine for 95-97 for the water pump?

I really don't know. Hopefully someone will answer. There are some differences between the two pumps. 95-97 the Inlet Outside Diameter is 1-3/4", Feb 3, 1992-94 is 2", and hose connections are different on these pumps. On Feb3, 1992-94 the Lower radiator hose inlet on driver's side; faces downward. I read on here that these were really good pumps.

Big Block Ford hi flow water pump
I need to look into these guys and read some reviews and see if it is worth it to get one. I only paid 40 bucks for my water pump, and this is a temporary job. When we move into the new house in a couple weeks, I am going to have the time to also do the timing gasket, timing chain, crankshaft seal, and oil pan gasket. It needs all of those things but this is just to get me to be able to move some stuff into storage to get the house cleaned out
